Passion for Music - Europe 2008

We're back from 10 days in Switzerland, Germany and a bit of Austria. It was a great trip, a very fun group and I actually enjoyed the singing .... under Dr. Ron Staehli from BYU and Dr. Nancy Allred, a friend and wonderful pianist from Dixie State College. I'm still figuring out photos to post but here are a few .........

These are photos from Linderhof Palace outside of Munich, the very ornate, very part-time residence of King Ludwig II.

The next is a shot from Neuschwanstein Castle, another residence of the same "mad" king.

Quite the castle, and one our granddaughters would have loved.

These next shots are from our hotel window and then from the top of the "Old City Wall" in Luzern, Switzerland.

I'll try and add more - the landscape was incredible - and we had such a great time. Connie and Lothaire are always fun to travel with, and the entire group was great. I was dreading the performances but actually ended up loving that part of it. Thanks to Connie and Linda P's tape for getting me through that!!

Sue, I loved the pictures! I knew you would love it there. Isn't it a fun atmosphere? So much to see. Aren't you a cute little thing posing on the wall? You look wonderful and very happy. Call me and we'll talk.
